A draft national program (2026-2035 horizon): digitalizing Russia's private joint-stock companies on a blockchain infrastructure to unlock the country's investment potential.
Project status
This is a draft program, not an adopted act. The explanatory note is being prepared by an initiative group of the expert community - with the participation of the Institute of Corporate Technologies, the Russian Corporate Counsel Association and the «Great Bear» association - for presentation to the Government of Russia.
