01 / Format
How it works
The program runs as a partner project engagement. Each module follows one flow - self-study, then an expert session with the team.
Self-study
You study the methodology, work through the topic and prepare initial materials on your business.
Expert session
A strategy meeting with the team (up to 90 minutes) for a deep dive into the topic, adjusting approaches and making decisions.
We work as a strategic partner drawing on 18 years of experience and 70+ projects. Together we design the solutions: we bring market expertise and rebuild approaches to fit the structure, model and goals of your business. This is joint design of the investment architecture for your specific project.

Seven modules of the program
Each module - a goal, self-study, an expert session and a concrete outcome.
Module 1. Introductory module
Goal. Immersion into the program's logic, aligning goals, an initial business diagnostic.
Outcome. A shared understanding of goals, priorities and the format of the joint work.
Module 2. External financing and corporate form
Goal. Determine the optimal model for raising capital and the business form.
Outcome. The approach to corporate transformation and the capital-raising model are defined.
Module 3. Business valuation and capitalisation
Goal. Determine the real value of the business, identify capitalisation growth drivers.
Outcome. The base value is set, levers for growing capitalisation are found, financial accounting is adjusted.
Module 4. Investment strategy and financial model
Goal. Build an investment strategy with financial models and an investment offer.
Outcome. The financial model, investment strategy and investment offer are approved.
Module 5. Deal structuring
Goal. Make key decisions on the issue, guarantees, protecting interests and choosing partners.
Outcome. The deal structure is approved, partners are chosen, the required documents are completed.
Module 6. Attracting investors
Goal. Develop a strategy for reaching investors and create selling materials.
Outcome. The raising method is chosen, the platform is selected, the briefs for the pitch and landing are approved, channels are defined.
Module 7. Investor service support
Goal. Build a post-investment support system for shareholders.
Outcome. The regulations for supporting the JSC, working with shareholders and paying dividends are approved.

The final outcome of the program
After all the modules you get a ready investment infrastructure for the business:
- A registered JSC (if needed) or another corporate structure
- A registered securities issue (if needed)
- A 5-year investment strategy
- A realistic financial development model
- An investment offer / term sheet
- An investment pitch and a selling landing page
- A full pack of corporate and issue documents
- Readiness for placement on a platform, issuing DFAs, bonds or pre-IPO/IPO
