Co-author and methodologist of a draft national programme for 2026–2035: move Russia's private joint-stock companies to digital records and lift equity market capitalisation from 22% to 75% of GDP. Methodology for auditing 52,500 joint-stock companies and digital integrity passports.
An international portal on investing in Russia
A portal in four languages - English, Russian, Chinese and Arabic - for investors from Asia, the Middle East and the CIS: economy, regions, industries and sourced figures. The goal is to show the world the real scale of the Russian economy.
A digital JSC platform for private business
A company raises capital for equity rather than debt: automated valuation, ownership checks against the state register, conversion into a digital joint-stock company and rights recorded on blockchain infrastructure under Russian regulation.
Two proposals for the "Strong Ideas for a New Time" forum
"Investment instead of credit" - a national tokenisation platform for private business. "Russia No. 1 in investment appeal" - a programme to bring the country to the top of the world competitiveness ranking.
A method for rating private investment deals
An original 720-point system covering investor safety, risk factors and attractiveness. The criteria were proposed to the Bank of Russia for adoption in regulation.
Finmuster: private capital for real business
The Finmuster direct investment platform connects private investors with private Russian companies. Its operator is on the Bank of Russia register of investment platform operators (No. 58, since 4 March 2022); the Krasnodar Region Development Fund is among its founders.
