Ideas for the Country's Development
In 2026 I presented two ideas at the all-Russian forum «Strong Ideas for a New Time» (the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Roscongress Foundation). Both are about opening access to capital for Russian business and making the country a global leader in investment attractiveness.

Investment Instead of Credit
A digital platform where business raises money in exchange for equity, not debt. Companies (LLCs and private joint-stock companies) are converted into digital joint-stock companies - opening equity capital to millions of enterprises and becoming a real mechanism for doubling stock-market capitalization by 2030 per the President's mandate.

National Project «Russia - No. 1 in Investment Attractiveness»
A national programme for the digital transformation of corporate governance. Russia creates a new format - a blockchain-based digital joint-stock company with transparency and investor protection built into its design - tests it at home and exports it as a global gold standard. The goal is first place in the world for investment attractiveness.
